hey guys. i have been doing submissions, weight lifting, and eating a good diet for the past 5 months and lost 50 pounds. i was 230 and now at 180. is there eny other workouts i could do to spark my cardio to loose more weight?? eny ideas would be much appreciated.
tuna fish,boiled egg whites, do ur cardio first thing in morning before u eat(that way ur burning stored fat not the calories u just ate) Do the whole (small meals every couple/ three hrs)It keeps ur digestion goin/body energized/calories burning.Also dont starve! If ur body thinks its starving it slows down to conserve fat,etc.Also if ur weight training try not to waste all calories on cardio,cuz u wont have enuff to build muscle.
I have been going to the gym for the last five moths to although i don't wanna loose to much weight i have managed to lose my love handles and i am looking a bit lean now. I still don't have a six pack but i had a lot of beer belly before i started so i am looking forward to the coming sumer to show of my body at the beach. The result is i have lost around 6 pounds of fat but i think i have gained a lot of muscle now. Looking good. The cardio is helping i must say!
