Randy Couture vs Nogueira and Forrest Griffin vs Anderson Silva.

I know Griffin vs Silva is at ufc 101 and Couture vs Nogueira is at 102 but I wanted to hear your opinion on the two biggest fights coming up. Firstly I would like to say I am a Forrest Griffin fan so obviously want him to win but it is going to be a tricky fight with Silva being on a eight fight win streak in the UFC. With Silva going up a weight though Forrest might have a bit more power than he's used to. It will be a good fight and I will go with my heart so i'm going to say Griffin. In Couture vs Nogueira I think we didn't see the best of Nogueira in his fight against Mir and he will hopefully be back to his usual self in this fight. I like Randy Couture and I still think he is a decent fighter but I don't think he posseses the knockout punch standing up because if it goes to the ground I think it's fight over. It is interesting though that on the ufc website over 70% of voters think Couture will win. I personally think Nogueira will win but I would like to hear your opininons as I feel quite a few people will have a different opinion to me.

Couture vs Big Nog... Couture would probably beat the same Nogueira Mir fought... but I understand Big Nog had a bad staph infection for that fight.... a healthy Nog... will probably submit Randy. And I love Randy... so always cheering for him.. and he ALWAYS surprises me.. when I least expect it. But Randy is also getting up there in age.. I cant believe he is still fighting. I was scared to death when he came back against Big Doofus.. I was afraid he would get hurt...

But at least he will stand and fight silva instead of running around the octagon from him like everyone else seems to do. As for Randy and Nog, I feel this fight really doesnt mean too much. Both guys coming off a loss which dropped them in the pecking order of the HW division. Randy is older, nog is looking older. Ill roo t foor Randy because its hard not to!; ▶ Reply to This
