Keith has been the marketing agent for Andrei Arlovski and the marketing director for Team Pitbull since 2005. Keith's role is to educate companies on the value of working with mixed martial arts, specifically how Arlovski can help their brand meet and exceed its marketing goals through sponsorship and endorsement. He handles all public relations, appearances, sponsorship and commercial opportunities. Tim Opened West Loop Gym in September 2004. He wanted to design a place that Lent itself to functional Strength and Conditioning. As well as and opportunity to develop new trainers in this field.. Over the past four years Tim has trained several MMA fighters and boxers for major events. Tim Has been Andrei’s Strength and Conditioning coach for the past three years. Andei’s workouts are periodized which means he has several phases of training. The most unique phase is the “Metabolic Conditioning “ phase just prior to the fight. Tim uses stations that consist of exercises that mimic fighting movements and situations in a circuit format. Heavy ropes, Medicine balls, Rubber tubing Tractor tires and cables are just a few modalities used in Andrei’s program. Tim Has a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University and is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning association.

An emerging training center for MMA fighters, The Overtime School of Wrestling was established by Sean Bormet in 2001 and has since become a prominent training ground for many of the country's top athletes in the sport of wrestling. Sean earned the honor of being considered one of the premiere wrestling coaches in the U.S. by consistently developing State Champions, All-Americans and National Champions at every age group, as well as World and Olympic Team members. He was recognized and voted by his peers as the 2006 USA Coach of the Year. In November 2006, Sean and his world-class staff began overseeing and organizing all aspects of Andrei's wrestling training at the Overtime School of Wrestling. The Overtime team supports Andrei's competitive success through ongoing work to build his short- and long-term wrestling development, scouting opponents, providing training partners, and structuring a training regimen that meets the Team Pitbull objectives for each fight.

John has been Andrei Arlovski's wrestling coach and training partner since 2006. On staff at the Overtime School of Wrestling since 2002, John has coached numerous State Champions, Junior National Freestyle All-Americans and NCAA Champions. As a member of Team Pitbull, John designs and implements Andrei's wrestling workouts. In addition to enhancing the day to day fundamentals of wrestling thru situational offensive and defensive drills, John concentrates heavily on video review of upcoming opponents to identify wrestling strengths and weaknesses and develops each practice accordingly to properly prepare Andrei for each fight. John is a NCAA National Champion; a 4 time All American for the University of Oklahoma and is a second degree black belt in Judo.

Mike Garcia as an amateur boxer had a record of 30 wins, 6 losses, and won the Chicago Golden Gloves 4 times. He also won the CYO 4 times and the Chicago Park District 2 times. In the National Golden Gloves in 1988 he lost to Sergio Reyes and in 1989 lost to Oscar DeLaHoya who both went on to represent the 1992 Olympic Team.
In 1992 Mike “The Fly” Garcia turned professional. He is a slick boxer/puncher with an illustrious professional career. Mike was an undefeated featherweight contender and was formerly: #6 WBO, #7 WBA, #10 IBF, #15 WBC and #3 by the USBA also won the Illinois State Featherweight and Junior Lightweight Titles.
Mike is now a partner of JABB Boxing Gym where he oversees the training programs and fighter development. Some of the fighters he is a boxing trainer for are UFC’s Former Heavyweight Champion Andrei Arlovski, he co-trains former WBC Lightweight Champion David Diaz, he also trained former NBA star now turned boxer Kendall Gill to a 3 and 0 record. In their off-season Mike trains athletes such as MLB players and NHL players.
Mike is also part owner of LaVita Italian Restaurant, which is located in Chicago’s Little Italy on Taylor Street.

Anthony DeFrenza has been a practicing attorney in Illinois for 17 years. He maintains a general practice in Northbrook, Illinois, primarily focusing in contract law matters, and has extensive litigation experience. Anthony has worked closely with Andrei's manager, Leo, and has been instrumental in negotiating contracts on behalf of Andrei, as well as other MMA fighters.
